Job Description

Seeking a Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Paralegal to manage licensing applications for federal, state, and local regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will ensure application accuracy and compliance, serve as the primary contact for licensing agencies, maintain real-time status updates for all applications and active licenses, and track all license expiration dates. Responsibilities also include maintaining organized records of all applications and providing licensing coordination services to contracted external entities.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred, or current enrollment in a Juris Doctor (JD) program. 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies or a related field is required. 3. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in legal support, regulatory compliance, or licensing/administrative law.
