Legal Intake Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to evaluate calls from our Call Center and serve as the initial point of contact for immigration clients exploring their legal options. Responsibilities include conducting a high volume of outbound and inbound calls (50+ daily), qualifying leads, identifying viable opportunities, converting inquiries into consultations, and effectively retaining clients through proven sales techniques. The successful candidate will build trust with clients while navigating sensitive, high stakes situations, maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales pipelines, consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and conversion rates, and uphold firm standards with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
Qualifications
1. Must possess full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (C1 level). 2. Requires 2-3 years of successful phone sales experience. 3. Experience in legal intake or immigration client consultations is highly desirable. 4. Proven ability to close deals and convert leads into paying clients is essential. 5. Must have experience working in KPI or metrics driven environments. 6. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Must be capable of handling high call volume and multitasking effectively. 8. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable. 9. Must be tech savvy and proficient with CRM systems and remote communication tools. 10. Ability to receive payments in USD via PayPal is required. 11. Must have a dependable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM minimum, Core i5 or higher). 12. A stable 10 Mbps internet connection is necessary to ensure smooth performance.
