Estonia – Remote Full-Time

Job Description

Assume responsibility for drafting, examining, and negotiating a diverse array of international commercial agreements, encompassing MSAs, OEM agreements, NDAs, procurement and vendor contracts, contractor agreements, and equity-related documents. Provide assistance to the Sales, Procurement, and other internal teams in addressing everyday contractual concerns. Preserve, refine, and standardize contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal guidelines. Contribute to the team's endeavors in export control and dual-use compliance within Ukrainian, EU, and US regulatory structures. Participate in legal audits, due diligence procedures, and interdisciplinary legal projects, including corporate structuring, IP-related matters, and transactional support, under the supervision of the Chief Legal Officer. Cooperate in KYC/AML procedures with financial institutions, banks, and external collaborators. Support internal stakeholders across a wide spectrum of routine legal matters. Undertake legal research and translate findings into actionable suggestions and internal knowledge repository materials. Facilitate the continuous enhancement of legal workflows, documentation standards, and internal protocols.

Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of 3 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years in the IT/Tech sector (either in a Law Firm or In-house). 2. Demonstrate proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level or higher. Proficiency in Polish, Ukrainian, or Estonian is advantageous. 3. Exhibit robust practical expertise in commercial contracts and IP matters within a technology-driven business environment. 4. Display a verified capacity to operate efficiently within a legal team, disseminating knowledge, and coordinating on interdisciplinary subjects. 5. Possess keen attention to detail, proactive approach, sound judgment, and the aptitude to perform effectively in a dynamic and rapidly evolving setting.
