Legal Counsel – Semiconductors & Tech Contracts

Job Description

We're seeking a commercially astute Legal Counsel to become a key strategic partner for a portfolio of tech startups experiencing rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting, reviewing, and spearheading negotiations on complex commercial agreements, encompassing Master Purchase Agreements, specialized semiconductor supply and design-in contracts, EULAs, and SaaS agreements. Maintaining and refining legal templates, documentation, and internal filing systems to uphold due-diligence-ready standards.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: 1. Legal Qualification: Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Examinations) or US-qualified attorney. 2. Expertise: Significant experience in commercial contract law, particularly within the semiconductor, SaaS, or software licensing domains. 3. Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both German and English is essential, as you'll be negotiating international, cross-border agreements. 4. Startup Mindset: You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 5. Attention to Detail: An unwavering commitment to detail, without losing sight of broader business objectives.
