Job Description
Seeking a diligent Legal Administrative Assistant to bolster legal operations in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities encompass: 1. Drafting and refining legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. 2. Preserving and systemizing digital legal files and case records. 3. Arranging and synchronizing meetings, calls, and deadlines for the legal team. 4. Aiding in legal research and synthesizing findings for team assessment. 5. Handling incoming and outgoing legal correspondence with professionalism. 6. Monitoring contract renewals, compliance deadlines, and regulatory submissions. 7. Communicating with clients, counterparties, and external counsel as required. 8. Supporting the creation of presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a legal administrative or paralegal capacity. 2. Familiarity with legal terminology, contract layouts, and documentation practices. 3. Superior written and verbal communication skills in English. 4. Robust organizational capabilities and adeptness at prioritizing multiple tasks. 5. Keen attention to detail and precision in document handling. 6. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 7. Capacity to manage confidential data with utmost professionalism and discretion. 8. Experience with document management systems is beneficial. 9. Relevant legal or administrative qualifications are preferred.
