Job Description
Seeking a Leave Payroll Analyst to provide internal support for leave specialists, focusing on payroll calculations. Collaborate with leave specialists to prepare personalized payroll plans and reconciliations for customers' payroll teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Interface with sales, marketing, and engineering teams. Work with onboarding specialists to customize payroll plans, share leave payroll best practices, and identify improvements in payroll calculation software and services. Implement process improvements to address customer pain points and enhance the product.
Qualifications
1. 2+ years of experience in data-focused operations, payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping. 2. Proficient spreadsheet skills, particularly with Excel functions and formulas. 3. Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented, managing tasks accurately under deadlines. 4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly. 5. Trustworthy, with discretion in handling confidential information. 6. Learner's mindset, adaptable and open to feedback in a fast-paced environment. 7. Seeking a non-traditional payroll role focused on creating payroll plans. 8. Capable of becoming a subject matter expert in leave payroll.
