Lead WMS Consultant

Job Description

Join Fulfillment IQ as a Lead WMS Consultant, where you will spearhead the implementation and configuration of Warehouse Management Systems. This role involves analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to integrate WMS with ERP, OMS, and TMS systems. The role also involves Agile practices to continuously improve WMS solutions, ensuring they meet defined SLAs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years' experience in WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems. 3. Strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform is essential. 4. Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. 5. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including designing and optimizing stored procedures. 6. Solid experience with API testing tools and system integrations. 7. Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills. 8. Great communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities. 9. Capable of effective teamwork across diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
