Job Description
Help lead the configuration and administration of Workday. Operate with a product management philosophy, conducting regular user interviews. Design and optimize workflows for efficiency. Manage the Jira service management queue for People Systems, ensuring timely resolutions. Partner with IT to build and monitor integrations for seamless data flow. Ensure audit-ready data for leadership insights, providing confidence in data accuracy. Act as a guardian of employee data, ensuring privacy and compliance. Lead the rollout of new features across the People stack, driving innovation.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in People Systems/HRIS, demonstrating expertise. 2. At least 3 years of deep configuration experience in Workday (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Security), showcasing proficiency. 3. Proven experience to own a project from 'we have a problem' to 'we launched the solution', indicating project ownership. 4. Demonstrated ability to think and act like a product manager, adopting a product-centric mindset. 5. Practical experience administering tools that handle Talent Acquisition, Performance/Engagement, and Tier 1-3 Ticketing, familiar with HR tools. 6. Experience with EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, and iPaaS tools, showcasing technical skills. 7. Experience with data architecture and an understanding of how data fields connect across platforms, demonstrating knowledge of data structure. 8. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into language that can resonate with a variety of users, facilitating communication.
