Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Strategic Account Manager to cultivate strong relationships with our key customers. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of their structure, culture, and needs. Responsibilities include: - Managing your own training in sales, sourcing, and throughput. - Ensuring accurate documentation of customer requirements. - Achieving monthly and quarterly gross profit sales goals. - Representing the company's values and value proposition. - Delivering timely and effective solutions to customer needs. - Maintaining detailed sales records, including contracts and quotations. - Preparing and presenting regular reports on customer interactions and sales performance.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with: 1. A 4-year college degree in a sales-related field. 2. 8-12+ years of sales experience in the electronics components industry. 3. Proven expertise in sourcing, account management, and CRM. 4. Comprehensive product knowledge.
