Lead, Stars Portfolio Manager
Job Description
Seeking a Lead Stars Portfolio Manager to oversee initiatives related to the Stars Portfolio, working closely with the Stars Line of Business and reporting to the Director, Stars IT leader. Responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders and IT teams to align priorities with healthcare strategy, organizing and prioritizing projects, allocating resources for improving Stars ratings, advising executives, and leading special projects involving data analysis and trend reporting. The role requires managing multiple tasks, communicating effectively with senior leaders, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (healthcare administration, business, public health). 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership or management. 3. Over 8 years of experience in healthcare, portfolio management, or related IT/Program management environments. 4. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail. 5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership. 6. Demonstrated track record in leading special projects and delivering actionable reporting. 7. Passionate about improving member and business outcomes in healthcare.
