Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Join our team to design, build, maintain, and scale back-end services and their supporting tools. Participate in defining architecture with a high degree of innovation and creativity. Enhance system scalability and deployment ease through automation and tooling. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support our customers and partners. Research new tools and services to address complex scenarios and propose new features. Work in an agile environment with a DevOps approach, where teams build and maintain their own software, including on-call rotations.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and production-scale systems. 2. Strong proficiency in GoLang (primary language). 3. Basic frontend experience with React. 4. Solid cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 5. Proven track record of delivering production code in an Agile environment. 6. Collaborative engineer who drives shared code ownership and involves teammates in key decisions. 7. Ability to design and implement distributed solutions for complex, real-world problems.
