Join Toast as a Lead ServiceNow Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ServiceNow platform, which supports over 6000 users. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will consult on platform strategy, lead the development of complex initiatives, and serve as the ultimate technical escalation point. You'll drive innovation, improve user experience, and ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. As a Lead ServiceNow Engineer, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, mentor fellow engineers, and champion development standards and best practices. Your work will involve designing integrations with enterprise systems and driving continuous improvement through automation and AI capabilities. Qualifications

1. Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, encompassing advanced scripting, custom application development, modular frameworks, and performance optimization techniques. 2. Extensive experience in architecting multi-system integrations using REST/SOAP, ideally with platforms like Okta, Workday, and SailPoint. 3. Proficiency in designing enterprise-grade data models that align with frameworks such as CMDB and CSDM. 4. Ability to provide technical and architectural guidance for ServiceNow processes and initiatives, influencing platform design and leading key projects to build scalable, secure solutions. 5. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, React, Employee Center development, widgets and UI components, and modern UI/UX patterns. 6. Minimum of 7 years of progressive ServiceNow development experience, including leading large-scale or platform-wide initiatives in an enterprise setting. 7. Proven ability to recommend technical standards, lead code and architecture reviews, and mentor both senior and junior engineers. 8. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently represent the team to senior stakeholders, explain complex designs, and guide discussions. 9. Hold at least the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
