Job Description

Seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to ensure the stability and optimization of the Salesforce platform within a production environment. This role involves serving as the primary technical escalation point for critical production issues, leading incident resolution, and performing thorough root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will resolve complex problems across Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, security protocols, and data integrity. Partnering with Systems, Integration, and Security teams is essential for resolving cross-platform issues. Responsibilities include supporting releases, hotfixes, and production changes, along with identifying trends in support tickets to drive proactive platform improvements. Mentoring other developers and support engineers on Salesforce best practices is also a key aspect of this role, including performing Salesforce administration tasks such as managing profiles, permission sets, roles, and user access troubleshooting.

Qualifications

1. Requires 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including expertise in production support. 2. Must have strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce security measures. 3. Experience supporting integrations and enterprise Salesforce environments is crucial. 4. Proven ability to lead incident triage and Root Cause Analysis efforts is necessary. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. 6. Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is preferred.
