Lead Project Manager – AI Corporate Projects

Job Description

Spearhead the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive schedule and project timeline for all AI initiatives. Supervise the monitoring of deliverables tied to machine prompt engineering and the integration of AI solutions. Offer direction and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with ethical AI standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, evaluate project outcomes, and promote collaboration within a centralized repository.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 2. Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in an AVP role or equivalent. 3. Minimum 5 years in product/service development, measuring solution value. 4. Minimum 7 years in solution design, engaging with full-stack development and UX designs. 5. Strong analytical skills for persona/outcome identification. 6. Data engineering skills in logical data models and big data. 7. Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. 8. Understanding of application infrastructure and system architecture. 9. Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills. 10. Strategic mindset to align product decisions. 11. Proficiency in preparing and delivering Features and User Stories. 12. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 13. Experience in user interviews and research. 14. Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization. 15. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. 16. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 17. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 18. Real estate experience preferred. 19. Commitment to integrity and professionalism. 20. Demonstrable ability to collaborate in diverse groups.
