Job Description
Take the helm of the product roadmap for a carefully chosen suite of AI capabilities within CenterWell's broader AI offerings. Scrutinize AI use cases considering clinical results, operational demands, and established priorities. Convert intricate business hurdles into clear product specifications, testable value assumptions, and measurable success parameters. Monitor healthcare AI advancements to assess emerging tools, platforms, and vendors. Work with AI, automation, and generative AI teams to develop comprehensive solutions. Spearhead cross-functional AI trials, guiding them from initial concept to validation, deployment, and widespread adoption. Establish validation and testing methodologies to evaluate both technical proficiency and practical real-world applicability. Manage a business-focused AI backlog, prioritizing tasks based on organizational capacity, feasibility, potential impact, and associated risks. Team up with IT and data science professionals to ensure AI solutions are scalable and production-ready. Take full responsibility for AI products throughout their lifecycle, from launch to continuous performance evaluation. Develop transparent and collaborative relationships with operational, clinical, and functional teams, demonstrating tangible results. Articulate AI capabilities, potential risks, and appropriate uses to end-users and partners. Actively engage in validation, governance, and compliance protocols, addressing concerns related to bias, healthcare regulations, and accuracy. Determine quantifiable value measurements and success metrics for AI initiatives, covering clinical, financial, and experiential outcomes. Implement progress tracking and reporting systems to showcase senior partners' return on investment. Use feedback and data to guide scaling, decommissioning, or continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
1. Possess a minimum of 5 years' expertise in AI and ML product development, product management, or similar tech roles. 2. Hold a bachelor's degree. 3. Have an established understanding of AI and ML fundamentals, encompassing model variations, assessment metrics, training methodologies, and deployment strategies. 4. Showcase a history of successfully delivering AI-driven products from inception to deployment. 5. Have experience navigating AI governance, regulatory mandates, compliance protocols, and model validation processes. 6. Demonstrate product judgment, employing user-centered perspectives and analytical precision.
