Lead Product Designer, Fintech

Job Description

Shape the future of Client and Worker experiences by partnering with PDE Directors. Connect the dots across journeys, challenge existing paradigms, and rethink current approaches. Collaborate directly with designers on B2B and B2C projects to refine UX, resolve complexity, and elevate quality in real-time. Manage and develop a small team through hands-on collaboration. Foster clarity, raise standards, and prioritize your team's growth.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with 3+ years at a senior IC level (Lead / Staff). 2. At least 2+ years of experience managing designers. 3. Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools as part of your design workflow. 4. A portfolio showcasing work related to AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools. 5. Experience in fast-paced product companies (scale-ups, strong tech organizations, fintech, neo-banks). 6. Strong skills in interaction and visual design. 7. Comfortable working on both B2B and consumer experiences. 8. Solid mobile experience. 9. Fintech experience is a plus.
