Lead Paralegal

Job Description

As a Lead Paralegal, you will be the main connection between lawyers, clients, and the legal operations team. You'll keep clients informed and provide case status reports to attorneys and partners. You will also work with intake specialists and case managers to keep cases moving forward, solve any issues that come up, and make sure attorneys have the case information they need. Your job is to help cases progress smoothly from the start to settlement while providing excellent client service.

Qualifications

1. Must have 10+ years of paralegal experience. 2. Strong experience in personal injury or high-volume plaintiff-side litigation is preferred. 3. Experience supporting multiple attorneys and managing high caseloads is needed. 4. Proficiency with PI CMS (e.g., Litify, Filevine) is required.
