Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Search, SEA, or search advertising. 2. Strategic comprehension of performance marketing, business objectives, data analytics, and digital growth strategies. 3. Proficiency in managing intricate account structures, automation processes, smart bidding techniques, Performance Max, and contemporary search configurations. 4. Analytical proficiency: adept at identifying patterns, establishing clear priorities, and formulating actionable recommendations. 5. Testing oriented mindset: capable of formulating hypotheses, executing structured tests, and systematically enhancing accounts. 6. Poise and assurance in client consultations, strategic discussions, and presentations. 7. Organized and self-reliant approach to work. 8. Fluent in German (C2 level); proficiency in English is advantageous.
