Lead Operations Analyst
Job Description
Join Assurant as a Lead Operations Analyst and play a pivotal role in improving operational effectiveness. This position involves analyzing end-to-end operational data to spot performance trends, inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement. Conduct in-depth research and process reviews, including system analysis and stakeholder interviews. Contribute to transformation initiatives by developing detailed process maps and workflow designs. Refine processes using quality and continuous improvement methods. Generate operational reports and dashboards to support leadership decisions and ensure consistency across departments through standardized procedures. Collect and prepare large datasets to generate meaningful insights.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, analytics, and reporting. 2. Proven experience in analyzing data and recommending process improvements. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking. 4. Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. 6. Expertise in data visualization techniques. 7. Effective communication skills for business partners. 8. Salesforce Administration training or experience preferred. 9. Six Sigma methodology training a plus. 10. Proficiency in Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, SSMS, SQL, Power Automate, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI. 11. Experience in insurance and mortgage servicing preferred. 12. Bachelor’s degree required.
