Job Description

Assume responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and effectively resolving problems. Respond promptly, professionally, and comprehensively to all support requests. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior Tier 3 engineers, fostering their growth and development. Take the lead in Tier 3 engagement during major platform and system releases, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Conduct thorough full-stack troubleshooting, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions for medium to complex issues. Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and prevent future incidents. Be available to work nights and weekends, with a variable schedule and overtime as necessary, to meet the demands of the role.

Qualifications

1. Possess 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with .Net applications and API microservices. 2. Demonstrate experience with SQL, Azure, Salesforce, and Mulesoft technologies. 3. Have experience as a lead, guiding and mentoring a team to achieve common goals. 4. Hold a Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or possess a comparable combination of coursework, experience, or extensive related professional expertise. 5. Possess 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
