Lead Manager, Chapter Advancement
Job Description
The Lead Manager is responsible for: - Managing a portfolio and team supporting over $15M in in-kind programs for chapters, ensuring the use of donated resources by corporations to lower chapter expenses. - Identifying and creating new corporate in-kind programs in partnership with Corporate Alliances leadership, setting clear goals and processes while supporting fundraising efforts. - Coordinating and assessing chapter training needs to maximize in-kind resource use, and developing relevant training materials. - Analyzing and reporting on chapter grants and in-kind programs, preparing impact reports for leadership, and collaborating with Finance and I/T for accurate tracking. - Leading a team in managing cash and in-kind programs, advising chapter staff, and engaging with in-kind sponsors. - Overseeing the 3rd party travel management company for booking wish trip mileage award travel. - Performing other job-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Non-Profit Management, Business, or a related field is essential. 2. A minimum of 5 years of professional business experience, preferably within a Make-A-Wish chapter or similar non-profit setting, is required. 3. Experience in a team environment with multifaceted reporting structures is desirable. 4. Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred. 5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
