Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to build high-quality lead lists using tools like Crunchbase and Lemlist. You will research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and run tailored outreach campaigns. This involves initiating conversations with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels, with the goal of booking qualified discovery calls for our Enterprise Account Executive. Success in this role requires testing and optimizing messaging strategies and tracking results to improve our overall approach.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of experience in Lead Gen / SDR / BDR roles in B2B tech sales 2. Proven track record of setting up qualified discovery or intro calls 3. Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) 4. Confident using LinkedIn, sales tools, and CRM systems 5. Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose 6. Know-how to research, personalize, and get replies 7. Experience in or genuine interest in AI and innovation
