Lead Full Stack Engineer – Marketing Technology

Capital One is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive marketing technology solutions. This role involves leading diverse technology projects and a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full-stack systems. The ideal candidate will foster innovation, stay updated with tech trends, and mentor others. You'll collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially, using technologies such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, and AWS tools.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree. 2. Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience. 3. At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud). 4. Master’s Degree (Preferred). 5. 2+ years of experience with Marketing Automation Systems (Preferred). 6. 7+ years of experience in at least one of: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (Preferred). 7. 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (Preferred). 8. 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (Preferred). 9. 1+ years of people management experience (Preferred). 10. 2+ years of experience in Agile practices (Preferred).
