Job Description

As a Lead Finance Partner, you will spearhead complex financial modeling for new strategic initiatives, ensuring successful product launches while upholding the company's fiscal objectives. Proactively identify and assess key financial drivers, providing recommendations that empower and influence vital business decisions related to investments, organizational structure, business offerings, and operations. Foster strong relationships and confidently present strategies and outcomes to senior executives. Work closely with Product Operations, Business Insights, FP&A, and cross-functional teams to translate intricate customer usage data into tangible financial impacts, crafting tailored narratives to support strategic planning and informed decision-making. Contribute to the team's broader vision by setting goals, priorities, and milestones, and secure the necessary resources for successful execution.

Qualifications

1. Proven success in FP&A, Strategy, Product Operations, Pricing, or related analytical roles, with at least 8 years of experience. 2. Industry experience in the technology/software sector is essential. 3. Hands-on experience with subscription and usage-based forecasting models is highly preferred. 4. Advanced financial analysis and complex modeling skills are fundamental for this position, along with strong storytelling abilities. 5. Experience with enterprise-scale analytics architectures, advanced SQL knowledge, and proficiency in Python or R, with visualization tools like Looker/Tableau, is required. 6. A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and a strong intellectual curiosity to identify and solve problems is essential.
