Job Description

Become the Lead Director for Cloud Solution Architecture, spearheading the architectural vision and roadmap for CVS Health's member-facing digital platforms, including web, mobile, and APIs. Ensure that the architectures are strategically designed to elevate member experience outcomes and provide architectural oversight for end-to-end member journeys. Drive the consistent adoption of modern experience architectures and define architectural patterns for AI-enabled digital experiences. Establish critical architecture standards, guardrails, and reference architectures. Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of Architects while serving as a trusted architecture advisor to senior Product, Digital, and Technology leaders.

Qualifications

1. Requires 10+ years of robust experience in enterprise application development and architecture. 2. Demands 5+ years in architectural leadership roles. 3. Proven experience in leading member-facing digital platforms at scale is essential. 4. Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is necessary. 5. A strong understanding of modern digital experience architectures, including web, mobile, personalization, and accessibility, is crucial. 6. Must have experience in defining and governing AI-enabled architectures in regulated environments. 7. Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills are required. 8. Experience operating in Agile / SAFe or similar scaled delivery environments is beneficial.
