Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Consultant to manage mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM Applications and industry best practices to provide cost-effective solutions to client business scenarios. Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions. Document and refine customer requirements for approval. Identify and apply innovative approaches to resolve implementation and integration challenges. Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements and needed system enhancements. Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing. Work with Oracle to resolve service requests. Lead phases of the system life cycle including business requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, development, CRP, UAT, go-live preparation, and post-production support. Develop and implement long-term client strategies and serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Provide expert advice on technology solutions, collaborate with vendors, and continuously monitor implemented solutions for optimization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, etc.). 2. MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD. 3. Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades. 4. Experience with Oracle Cloud modules: Manufacturing, Maintenance. 5. Strong consulting and analytical skills to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and manage testing. 6. Proven experience guiding clients through business process improvements. 7. Ability to lead a team, work independently, and manage multiple assignments. 8. Prior experience leading or managing projects. 9. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. 10. High commitment to exceeding performance expectations. 11. Ability to write functional specifications. 12. Senior enough to handle client expectations independently. 13. Professional approach to internal and external customers. 14. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stress. 15. Proficient with MS Office applications. 16. Willingness to travel as needed. 17. Preferred consulting experience in a professional services firm. 18. Previous experience in IT companies. 19. In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems. 20. Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Implementation Professional certification. 21. Oracle Maintenance Cloud Implementation Professional certification.
