Lead Biostatistician
Job Description
Join Natera as a Lead Biostatistician, where you'll spearhead the statistical design and analytical strategies for our oncology clinical utility studies. You'll work closely with clinical, medical, and translational teams to shape study planning, development, and execution. Responsibilities include authoring and reviewing high-quality statistical deliverables such as Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and comprehensive reports (TLFs, CSRs, publications), ensuring accuracy and impact. You will also be expected to champion innovative statistical approaches, enhancing our analytical capabilities and insights.
Qualifications
1. Hold an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field. 2. Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical trial biostatistics. 3. Demonstrate strong expertise in time-to-event analysis, including censoring, competing risks, and advanced survival modeling approaches relevant to oncology. 4. Be proficient in innovative study designs like adaptive and biomarker-informed designs, power calculations, and endpoint evaluation. 5. Have a working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines, as well as CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM, ADaM). 6. Be highly proficient in R.
