Join CONMED as a Lead Analyst, Finance, and play a crucial role in supporting Sales Operations. You'll be responsible for advanced reporting, data analysis, and ensuring accurate sales performance tracking. Responsibilities include: - Providing critical support to Sales Operations through comprehensive reporting and in-depth data analysis. - Managing quota and sales targets effectively, including updates and historical tracking. - Resolving discrepancies and addressing issues within Salesforce-based inventory management. - Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to identify solutions and enhance processes. - Ensuring the precision, consistency, and timeliness of sales performance reporting for leadership reviews. - Contributing to continuous process improvement by streamlining reporting methods and data accessibility.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need: 1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in data visualizations and manipulation, with 2+ years using Power BI. 3. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and Oracle preferred. 4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data modeling. 5. Proven experience with Power BI and SQL for data querying, transforming, and visualizing. 6. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, focusing on inventory management and issue resolution.
