Shape strategic alliances and cultivate reliable relationships with clientele, tech-savvy participants, and decision-makers, often at the highest levels within the customer's organization. Become fully integrated with clients, ensuring vital relationships at all tiers through consistent communication. Gain a thorough grasp of the constantly shifting environments of clients and devise strategic blueprints that mirror their aspirations. Offer expert insights into technology trends, acting as a dependable tech guide both internally and externally. Organize technical resources to fulfill client needs, adeptly managing diverse technologies and compatibility nuances. Resolve technical doubts and competitive issues, thereby expediting the technical review stage of the sales process. Gauge the applicability of products to meet client business needs, showcasing the advantages of proposed solutions to boost contentment and minimize attrition. Lead product presentations and tech briefings either remotely or on-site to encourage product uptake in partnership with Customer Success and internal groups. Keep up continuous learning, engaging experts for showcases on novel features, and tweak strategies as aims evolve. Craft intricate proof-of-concept solutions for client evaluations as part of sales efforts. Manage client issues, from licensing to widespread product demands, working with senior leaders to ensure smooth service delivery. Carry out regular reviews, predict problems, and interact with clients to improve efficiency. Record client interactions, possible use cases, and technical plans in Salesforce to prep for evaluations and updates. Act as an external advocate for the company’s goals and tech. Provide routine updates to Sales and Engineering management, adding to the team's tech knowledge. Present compellingly to several clients and prospects. Oversee initiatives like market strategies, boosting sales beyond the role's scope. Understand competing technologies for better positioning. Lead the team by sharing unique ideas and methods. Mentor Account Tech Strategists to promote growth. Work with sales, product development, and marketing to focus on key projects. Quickly adapt to shifts in the tech sector, seizing chances to add business value for clients. Understand customer industries, trends, and regulations. Take ownership and ensure accountability for goals. Drive revenue growth through upselling and new ventures. Match tech solutions with client plans to ensure business results. Aid in projects that shape market plans and product evolution.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a must. 2. Minimum of 7 years in technical customer roles within advanced tech, indirect selling, and/or procurement, showing success in technology adoption. 3. Willingness to travel is essential. 4. Certifications like Citrix Certified Expert Virtualization (CCE-V) are an advantage, also Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud Certified (CC-VAD-CC), Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Microsoft Azure Certified (CC-VAD-MA) or Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Amazon Web Services Certified (CC-VAD-AWS), Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, or Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Updated Security Certifications
