Lead Account Manager
Job Description
Contribute to achieving annual revenue, order intake goals, and cash flow targets through securing engineering services and equipment contracts, aligning with the annual operating plan. Develop and execute pricing and marketing strategies for LNG product offerings, leveraging market intelligence analysis to optimize competitiveness. Lead cross-functional teams, including proposals, product development, engineering, and manufacturing, in the creation of innovative product offerings and enhancement of existing ones. Maintain and enhance Honeywell's position as a leading LNG technology and equipment supplier through strategic advertising, publications, digital media, and active participation in industry conferences, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Manage client relationships and contracts as the primary point of contact for valued customers and EPC partners, serving as a Lead Account Manager to ensure satisfaction and growth. Advance Honeywell's leadership in LNG technology by safeguarding intellectual property and driving product profitability. Support the aftermarket segment by collaborating with the Aftermarket Commercial Manager in promoting product offerings and technical services to both new and existing LNG and FLNG facility clients.
Qualifications
1. Possess 10+ years of experience in commercial roles, equipment sales, and marketing, with substantial cross-functional exposure. 2. Have 5+ years of experience specifically within the LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) industry, related energy sectors, or similarly complex industries. 3. Be willing to travel up to 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally. 4. Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business-related field. 5. An MBA is preferred. 6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of commercial contract terms and non-disclosure agreement conditions. 7. Possess experience in leading intricate contract negotiations. 8. Exhibit the capability to think strategically and innovatively to outperform competitors. 9. Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
