Lead Account Manager – Enterprise
Job Description
Take the lead in mentoring and expanding an elite Enterprise Customer Success team. Drive the team to exceed quota targets, retain customers, and achieve growth objectives. Act as a player-coach, directly handling key accounts, actively participating in important customer interactions, and demonstrating exceptional success strategies. Make revenue generation a priority by fostering a team culture where cross-selling and account expansion are pursued with the same intensity as any sales function. Lead complex post-sales and renewal processes, resolve issues, promote adoption, and identify opportunities for expansion. Define the strategic path for the team, including how to segment and structure the Enterprise post-sales strategy as the business grows and position ElevenAgents as the top choice across the Enterprise portfolio. Develop and implement scalable playbooks for renewals, upsells, and adoption, incorporating AI agents and automation to maximize team efficiency. Promote AI proficiency within the team by setting expectations, building skills, and creating an environment where team members actively experiment with AI-driven approaches. Establish and maintain relationships with executives across key accounts, providing strategic advice and advocating for customers in internal and external settings. Represent the customer perspective in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, operational, and revenue strategies.
Qualifications
1. Requires 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sales within SaaS, focusing on Enterprise accounts. 2. Proven ability to meet and surpass revenue targets, demonstrating a strong commercial drive and expansion mindset. 3. Requires 3+ years of direct experience in leading senior AMs/CSMs, achieving team goals, and nurturing talent through coaching and enablement. 4. Must have AI proficiency and use AI tools in daily workflows. 5. Comfortable managing key accounts directly while guiding others to excel. 6. Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals through customer engagement and account management. 7. Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices. 8. Strategic operational thinking for playbook design, segment structure, and cross-sell motion. 9. Strong analytical and operational skills to use data for performance trends, workflow optimization, and outcome forecasting. 10. Bonus: Hands-on with tools (Salesforce, Gong, Sigma, Pylon) and able to improve data quality, visibility, and usage insights.
