Job Description
As a Lead Account Executive, you will: - Understand customer corporate objectives and technology initiatives, demonstrating how Veeam can safeguard their business through TCO, risk mitigation, and measurable business results. - Conduct thorough discovery meetings, maintaining a curious and proactive approach to align our solutions with customer challenges and mutually agreed timeframes. - Adopt a structured approach to generating a personal pipeline and guiding customer organizations through multi-persona campaigns, outreach, and sales strategies. - Employ solution-selling techniques to expand existing customer relationships, with a focus on acquiring new customer applications. - Take responsibility for providing accurate weekly forecasts and detailed account/opportunity information within the CRM system.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess: 1. Experience in enterprise SaaS sales and working with channel partners. 2. A consistent record of acquiring new logos and exceeding quotas in FTSE enterprise accounts. 3. Established relationships within top-tier enterprise accounts and the ability to engage with C-suite executives. 4. A strong understanding of consultative sales techniques that deliver results. 5. A structured approach to the week, encompassing personal pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and the ability to cultivate champions and engage with economic buyers. 6. Willingness to travel across the UK. 7. A self-motivated attitude with the ability to learn quickly. 8. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities evolve rapidly. 9. Knowledge of digital transformation, including Cloud/SaaS migration, ransomware recovery, and AI.
