Job Description

Become a Technical Support Consultant and provide outstanding technical assistance through email, phone, and chat. Take responsibility for and triage technical issues reported by clients. Analyze and resolve technical inquiries and feedback. Properly escalate issues to internal teams and stakeholders. Maintain records of failures, maintenance, and bugs. Contribute to the company’s support knowledge base and documentation. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

1. Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written). 2. At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Product Support Engineer. 3. Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. 4. Tech-savvy with hardware troubleshooting experience. 5. Solid understanding of hardware and software interactions. 6. Experience working with logs and performing data analysis. 7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. 8. Customer-oriented and responsible attitude. 9. Excellent interpersonal skills. 10. Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
