Job Description
Explore an exciting opportunity as an L&D Specialist, where you will: 1. Take ownership of the company's engagement and learning calendar, coordinating town halls, festive events, team activities, onboarding, and internal campaigns. 2. Orchestrate and implement comprehensive engagement programs, emphasizing strong participation, seamless execution, and a rewarding employee journey. 3. Organize learning programs encompassing technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and leadership development, in collaboration with internal experts and external educators. 4. Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, monitoring attendance, tracking completion rates, and measuring basic ROI and effectiveness. 5. Lead onboarding culture sessions to immerse new employees in BJAK's core values, expectations, and operational methods. 6. Collaborate with People Ops and leaders to integrate culture, feedback mechanisms, and recognition into everyday practices. 7. Monitor engagement and learning metrics, collect feedback, and consistently enhance program quality and impact.
Qualifications
To excel in this L&D Specialist role, you'll need: 1. Proven experience in learning & development, employee engagement, cultural initiatives, or HR program management. 2. Exceptional execution and coordination skills to manage multiple programs with precision. 3. Proficiency in using calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and HR systems (LMS/HRIS). 4. Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities, especially in group settings. 5. A practical approach, prioritizing effective strategies over theoretical concepts. 6. Strong ownership, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
