Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated L&D Partner to champion our organization's growth through effective learning and development initiatives. You will be at the forefront of shaping our talent, driving engagement, and aligning learning programs with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: 1. Spearheading the development of comprehensive reports and analytics to accurately measure the impact and effectiveness of our L&D programs. 2. Aiding in the design and seamless rollout of learning and development programs meticulously tailored to meet specific business requirements. 3. Expertly facilitating workshops and training sessions, both in virtual and in-person settings, for internal and external stakeholders. 4. Establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders to pinpoint skill gaps, strategically define development priorities, and map out clear career paths. 5. Efficiently managing and coordinating end-to-end learning initiatives while adhering to strict timelines. 6. Contributing meaningfully to performance management and talent development processes, ensuring continuous improvement. 7. Curating and diligently maintaining extensive learning content libraries and resources, ensuring accessibility and relevance. 8. Actively driving engagement and promoting the adoption of learning programs throughout the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with: 1. A background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a closely related field, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge. 2. An analytical mindset paired with the ability to interpret complex learning data and translate it into actionable improvements. 3. Experience in instructional design, showcasing the ability to develop engaging and learner-centered training content. 4. A strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies, ensuring the programs are effective and relevant. 5. Proven experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools, enabling effective implementation and tracking. 6. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting across all organizational levels. 7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ensuring timely and successful completion.
