Job Description

Become a Key Accounts Field Sales Engineer and drive sales growth for Walter products, focusing on target customers within Key Accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, both internal and external. Conduct market analysis to identify suitable customers and schedule productive visits. Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to align products and processes. Promote Walter's comprehensive product and service range while actively pursuing sales orders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or business administration with a technical focus, or an advanced technical (A.S.) degree, or equivalent experience in the cutting tool industry. 2. Several years of sales experience with industrial cutting tools, emphasizing new business development, OR several years of manufacturing experience with the ability to sell in end-user and channel sales models. 3. Strong preference for Aerospace Engine Machining Experience. 4. Experience in the manufacturing or distribution marketplace is essential. 5. Proven ability to work independently from a home office or virtual office environment, with limited travel. 6. A valid Driver's License is required for this position. 7. Must reside in the Erie, PA to Buffalo, NY (Western NY) area.
