Deliver exceptional sales results, achieving brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives. Develop pre-call strategies using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to refine approaches. Master objection handling techniques and secure commitments to action, effectively closing sales. Prioritize customer needs and cultivate dependable customer relationships through dedicated service. Design and implement call plans to meet established metrics, optimizing reach and impact. Continually expand your understanding of customer needs and the evolving market landscape. Emphasize AbbVie's unique value proposition to healthcare professionals and foster relationships with key experts.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacy, business, or a related field. 2. 3-5 years of proven sales success with strong presentation abilities. 3. High level of self-motivation and resilience. 4. Comprehensive knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive landscapes. 5. Solid understanding of business principles and proficient use of business tools. 6. Priority given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in immunology and/or gastroenterology. 7. Ability to adapt sales techniques to different customer styles and behaviors. 8. Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
