Key Account Manager, Rare Disease

Job Description

Develop insights into the rare disease market and understand key influencers. Manage accounts and cultivate relationships with C-Suite executives and therapeutic service line leaders. Create and execute account plans for assigned accounts. Identify and develop partnership opportunities between Pfizer and its customers. Collaborate with Pfizer stakeholders to identify relevant opportunities. Segment and prioritize accounts, identifying key customers.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree is essential. 2. An MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred. 3. 5-10 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience is advantageous. 4. A minimum of three years in a promoted or developmental role, demonstrating leadership. 5. Management or Account Management experience is highly recommended. 6. Expertise in Rare Diseases or Specialty experience is strongly preferred. 7. Experience with product launches is preferred. 8. Leadership experience is desirable. 9. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with peers.
