Key Account Manager

Job Description

Drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement as a Key Account Manager. Develop impactful strategies for Holographic Foils accounts. Foster strong relationships across departments, utilizing consultative selling techniques. Proactively manage a sales pipeline and implement strategic account plans to exceed sales targets. Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 5-7 years of progressive sales experience with a premium product line. 3. Experience in industrial technical sales, chemistry-related coatings, or laminates is preferred. 4. Proven success in building strategic account plans and managing sales funnels. 5. Exceptional value-based selling skills. 6. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with proficiency in MS Office and contact management software. 7. Fluency in English; proficiency in German and French is beneficial. 8. Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight as needed.
