Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will: - Strategically manage an assigned client portfolio (multi-brand setup). - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the area of influencer marketing. - Develop bespoke, performance-oriented influencer strategies. - Take responsibility for budget planning, control, and scaling together with the Performance team. - Conduct regular performance reviews, forecasts, and strategy updates. - Handle expectation management and prioritization across multiple accounts. - Collaborate closely with Influencer Performance Managers. - Identify scaling, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. - Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Key Account Manager, you should have: 1. Experience in an agency, consulting, or performance marketing environment. 2. A strong understanding of influencer marketing as a performance channel. 3. A confident presence in client interactions, including at decision-maker level. 4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 5. A structured, independent way of working. 6. The ability to manage multiple brands and budgets in parallel. 7. Excellent German and good English skills.
