Seeking a Key Account Manager to understand and address customer needs, fostering mutually beneficial outcomes. Drive business growth and cultivate long-term strategic relationships. Align customer-centric solutions with company objectives, ensuring collaboration with FMC field sales. Develop cohesive account strategies with the Strategic Account Executive, identify growth opportunities, and monitor account performance to overcome customer challenges.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in agriculture or related industries. 2. Proven ability to assess customer needs and deliver mutually beneficial solutions. 3. Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships and driving business growth. 6. Analytical and persistent, with strong problem-solving skills. 7. Willingness to coach others and share best practices. 8. Ability to provide critical and timely information to support organizational decisions. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. 10. Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred but not required).
