Job Description
Drive the growth of order intake, optimize sales performance, and ensure effective price strategies across your assigned territory. Take full ownership of customer opportunities from start to finish. Cultivate and expand relationships with key and strategic hospital accounts through regular on-site visits and nurturing long-term partnerships. Proactively discover and cultivate fresh business opportunities that align with local market demands and growth priorities across the entire Imaging & IGT portfolio. Serve as a reliable partner and consultant, adeptly navigating intricate customer journeys within a vibrant and often ambiguous market landscape. Exercise considerable autonomy, independently negotiating within established guidelines, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to achieve sustainable and impactful outcomes.
Qualifications
1. Several years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally within medical devices, imaging, or capital equipment. 2. Proven experience working in clinical and hospital environments, both public and private. 3. Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to drive projects independently, even when conditions change or priorities shift. 4. High-energy, self-driven, and action-oriented, with the persistence to push opportunities forward in complex situations. 5. Communicate fluently in Romanian and English, and are ready for extensive travel within your assigned region.
