Job Description
Engage in relationship building within customer organizational structures, utilizing company resources and expertise across various departments. Assess customer challenges to identify opportunities for providing immediate, readily available solutions. Increase the share of wallet by promoting company packaging offerings throughout the customer's operations. Understand the significance of sustainability and recycling initiatives for customers and their respective markets. Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate progress toward shared objectives and establish subsequent actions. Negotiate long-term agreements that enhance profit margins while simultaneously boosting unit growth and overall revenue. Embrace a strong sales-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success and secure victories. Promote and reinforce the value proposition that you and Mauser bring to the customer relationship. Become proficient in company Salesforce CRM and Power BI, effectively leveraging these tools within your designated scope of responsibilities. Take a proactive stance in pricing strategies, emphasizing the importance of conveying material cost adjustments and the value Mauser provides. Collaborate across the organization to identify and support initiatives aimed at standardizing processes, reducing costs, and minimizing waste. Support SIOP in managing sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying informed about supply and demand dynamics, emerging trends, economic indicators, and competitor strategies. Maintain up-to-date professional and technical expertise by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, cultivating professional networks, and participating in relevant societies. Contribute effectively to team objectives by delivering timely and relevant results. Expect frequent travel, accounting for up to 60% of your time.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communications. 2. Extensive background in Sales and the Packaging industry. 3. Demonstrated history of delivering year-over-year growth. 4. Proficiency in CRM tools for effective territory and customer management. 5. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 6. Proven ability to analyze customer trends, financial data, and market insights, and to provide strategic recommendations for customer management. 7. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a large, complex customer base. 8. Minimum of 7 years of direct sales experience with a track record of delivering measurable results.
