Key Account Executive, Tech
Job Description
As a Key Account Executive, your responsibilities include: Providing timely responses to support requests. Collaborating with Account Managers to develop growth strategies for complex and high-touch accounts. Visiting customers to finalize Data Center deals. Ensuring successful outcomes by transitioning won opportunities to Key Account Managers and Customer Success Consultants. Supporting the Customer Success Consultant with issue resolution and administrative tasks. Collaborating with the internal Tech team as needed. Working alongside Sales Engineers and Architects.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll likely need: 1. A High School Diploma/GED. 2. Over 5 years of successful strategic relationship building and solution selling experience in the Fortune 1000 and/or Global 500 market. 3. A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). 4. More than 2 years’ experience in the Technology Industry (Data Center Solutions) (preferred). 5. Proficiency in MS Office (preferred). 6. Working knowledge of CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce.com) (preferred). 7. Experience with business-to-business sales process (preferred).
