Job Description

Become a Junior Trilingual Support Analyst at Stefanini and provide essential technical support. Responsibilities include: 1. Offering Level 1 technical support via phone, chat, email, or in person. 2. Logging and tracking tickets using an ITSM tool. 3. Providing hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. 4. Installing and configuring operating systems and software. 5. Supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. 6. Managing access, including password resets and user/email account creation. 7. Supporting basic networking tasks (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). 8. Escalating tickets when necessary. 9. Meeting SLAs and managing priorities efficiently. 10. Documenting support activities and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Junior Trilingual Support Analyst, you'll need: 1. A high school diploma (an IT degree is a plus). 2. Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11. 3. Familiarity with Microsoft 365. 4. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). 5. Hardware knowledge and basic maintenance skills. 6. Experience with ticketing tools (a plus). 7. Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
