Join our team at Pacific Workers as a Junior Corporate Trainer, where you will play a crucial role in the development and support of our Legal Assistants. In this fully remote position, you'll lead engaging training sessions, refine training materials, and evaluate trainee performance. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate training sessions for new and existing Legal Assistants. Assist the Development Manager in developing and updating training manuals. Execute the initial onboarding phase for LATAM-based employees. Help evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback loops. Coordinate with operations and the learning and development team. Manage training calendars, attendance logs, and internal communications.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field. 2. 1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, remote education, or related. 3. Full bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish). 4. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software/tools.
