Join Stefanini as a Junior Support Analyst! In this role, you'll manage user requests through our ticket system, prioritize issues following client SLAs, and provide remote support. You'll address incidents like unauthorized access, reinstall software, and escalate critical problems. This is an opportunity to resolve issues on first contact and contribute to a fast-paced support environment.

Qualifications

1. Prior experience in technical support, service desk, or help desk. 2. Knowledge of ticket management tools (ITSM). 3. Experience with remote and end-user support. 4. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows preferred), networks, and security. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks based on SLA. 6. Good communication skills for user support. Experience achieving first-level resolution (FCR) is a plus.
