Job Description
Legacy Farmer is seeking a Junior Sales Representative. This role involves qualifying leads, engaging with inbound inquiries, and assessing their fit before directing them to the closing team. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring qualified prospects are handed off with complete context, and building trust through effective communication. The role also requires close collaboration with closers and the marketing team to relay lead quality insights and improve the sales funnel.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or appointment scheduling (experience in enrollment/sales environments preferred). 2. Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead management and follow-up. 5. Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools. 6. Ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward scheduled appointments without being pushy. 7. A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
