Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Recruiting Analyst to support our recruitment operations. In this role, you will: 1. Support end-to-end recruitment, from posting jobs to onboarding new employees. 2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. 3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. 4. Prepare recruitment reports and provide analytics to HR leadership. 5. Work with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process. 6. Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, ideally in a corporate setting. 3. Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. 4. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach. 5. Advanced English proficiency.
