Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Recruiting Analyst to support our recruitment activities. You will play a key role in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers. Your work will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants for a variety of positions within the company. You'll also be in charge of interview scheduling and will work closely with the HR team to ensure a welcoming onboarding process for new hires. You will also be responsible for providing regular reports and analytics to HR leaders so they can make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 2. 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in a corporate setting. 3. Proven ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 5. Advanced English skills (will be assessed during the interview).
